The cost of repair services can vary depending on the type of appliance, the issue, and the parts required. We offer transparent pricing and will provide you with a detailed estimate before starting any repair work. Inspection fee is Rs 299/- which is adjusted in the final bill.

Do you offer any warranty on your repairs?

We stand behind the quality of our work. We offer a 6 months warranty on all repairs, covering both parts and labor. Please refer to our warranty page on our website for complete details.

How quickly can you respond to a service request?

Yes, we understand that appliance breakdowns can be disruptive, and we strive to offer same-day service whenever possible. However, same-day availability is subject to technician availability, service area, and the time of day the service request is received.

What is your service refund policy?

We only issue a refund if we are unable to fix your appliance issue completely. Please note that the inspection fee is non refundable.
