We are an independent repair service — not a brand service centre.
RV Service Center is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any appliance manufacturer (including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, IFB, Bosch, Godrej, Voltas or any other brand). We repair appliances of all brands as an independent business. All brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the appliances we repair.
Introduction
Welcome to rvservicecenter.in. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services provided by RV Service Center. RV Service Center is an individual proprietorship operated by Ranveer Singh Arora with a team of trained technicians. By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

Services
RV Service Center provides home appliance repair and service, including but not limited to washing machine repair, AC repair, refrigerator repair, TV repair, microwave repair, and RO water purifier service. All services are provided by our team of trained technicians and are subject to availability and technical assessment. As an individual proprietorship, we operate under the ownership of Ranveer Singh Arora.
Service Charges & Payment
A visit charge of ₹349 applies to all service calls. This charge covers the technician's visit and diagnosis. Additional charges for repair work, parts, and labor will be communicated to you before any work commences. As an individual proprietorship, payments are processed by the proprietor, Ranveer Singh Arora. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.
Warranty
We offer a 14-day warranty on service, a 30-day to 3-month warranty on repairs, and a 3-month warranty on parts. The warranty covers the specific repair performed and parts replaced. It does not cover new issues or issues unrelated to the original repair.
User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking a service.
- Ensure a safe and accessible environment for our technicians to perform their work.
- Make timely payments for services rendered.
Limitation of Liability
RV Service Center and its owner Ranveer Singh Arora will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site or services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. As an individual proprietorship, our liability is limited to the actual service charges paid for the specific service rendered.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
