We provide home appliance repair and servicing for out-of-warranty products, including:
We strive to provide accurate diagnoses, but in some cases, further investigation may be required. Our services are chargeable. An inspection fee applies, and the final service charge will depend on the nature of the repair and the cost of any necessary parts.
Our services are available in the listed cities and their surrounding areas. Availability may vary based on location.
We strive to offer same-day service for customers located within our primary service areas (e.g., Amritsar city). To qualify for same-day service, customers should:
Same-day service is subject to the availability of technicians and any necessary spare parts. If the technician determines that specialized parts are required, or if we experience high demand, we may schedule the repair for the next available date.
We reserve the right to decline or postpone same-day service if the customer’s location is outside our standard coverage area, if the request is made after the cut-off time, or if unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic, part shortages) prevent us from completing the repair on the same day.
We offer a limited warranty on our repair services of 6 months. We offer a warranty on repairs and spare parts, which varies based on the service and part installed. Warranty details will be provided at the time of service.
To claim warranty service, customers must provide the original service invoice. Warranty claims must be made within the specified period. Contact us via phone or email to initiate a claim. More info on warranty on our Warranty policy Page
An inspection fee of ₹299 is charged for diagnosing the problem with your appliance.
This fee covers the time and expertise of our technician to assess the issue and identify the necessary repairs.
After inspection, our technician will provide a detailed estimate of the repair cost.
If the issue cannot be immediately identified, we will provide cost estimates for each possible scenario.
You have the option to approve or decline the repair.
No repair work will begin without your explicit approval of the cost estimate.
We will inform you immediately.
Provide a separate cost estimate for additional repairs.
You can either approve or decline the additional repairs.
If you proceed with the repair, the ₹299 inspection fee will be deducted from the final bill.
If you decline the repair, the inspection fee is non-refundable.

We use genuine spare parts whenever possible.
If a genuine part is unavailable, we will inform you before using an alternative.
Once spare parts are ordered or installed, they are non-refundable unless found defective.
Most repairs are completed within 3 days unless spare parts are unavailable.
If delays occur, we will keep you informed.
Payment is due upon completion of the service.
We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other agreed methods.
If we are unable to repair your appliance, you will only be charged the inspection fee. No additional service charges will apply
Major repairs may require drop-off or pickup & delivery (charges may apply).
Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 9:30 PM.
